Isn't the Bragg indictment just a misdemeanor offense? Not that it makes a difference to Trump but I'm holding out for something serious concerning the classified files he stole. That is damn serious business...just ask Reality Winner. At some point, there will be violent MAGA protests again but this time, the federal, city, & state forces won't hold back. We know what they are capable of & the majority of Americans are sick of Trump & his supporters. (And his family, too...to be read in the voice of the Wicked Witch of the West.)
It is a misdemeanor unless they can show that he hid it as part of a larger crime (the FEC crime). So that is a problem bc then you have the state prosecuting him on both a misdemeanor and a federal crime. It's possible they want NYC first so that Atlanta isn't overrun and DC isn't a central target again.
